Abstract:The visual display of historical architectural landmark is of great significance in showcasing the cultural characteristics of a city and establishing its image. Take the Yan‘an Nanguan District as an example, with the help of GIS platform, measure the visible range of the historical architectural landmark landscapes, construct the sight line corridors and optimize the landscape vistas. It explores the visualization methods and approaches of historical architectural landmark landscapes from three levels: domain, axis, and focus. The research shows that visual analysis methods can provide a data foundation and scientific support for landscape representation, helping to create a visual spatial context that enhances visual experience, and achieving the visibility, perceptibility, and meaningfulness of historical architectural landmark landscapes.
