内蒙古历史建筑屋面修缮技术探索与实践 #

Exploration and Practice of Roof Repair Technology of Historic Buildings in Inner Mongolia

摘要:

历史建筑的屋面保养和维修是至关重要的。为了在相关工程项目中研究和提炼有效的修缮技术措施并能够指导同类型工程实践，采用了实地调查、文献研究、案例分析等方法，探讨了内蒙古地区历史建筑屋面的修缮技术和施工方法。研究发现，历史建筑的整修维护应当尽可能保持其原有做法和面貌，屋面采取的修缮技术措施取决于屋面材料、构造和营造法式，应当分析其残损的类型和病理病害，提出针对性方案。本研究基于内蒙古地区十多个屋面修缮项目，收集了大量的实用技术资料，使得研究成果更具实用性。这项研究以小见大，可以为我国北方其他地区的历史建筑屋顶维修工作提供指导，具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:

Roof maintenance and repair of historic buildings are very important. In order to study and refine the effective repair technical measures in related engineering projects and guide the same type of engineering practice, the repair technology and construction methods of the roof of historic buildings in Inner Mongolia were discussed by using the methods of field investigation, literature research and case analysis. The study found that the renovation and maintenance of historic buildings should maintain their original practice and appearance as far as possible, and the technical measures taken to repair the roof depend on the roof material, structure and construction method, and the types of damage and pathological diseases should be analyzed to put forward targeted programs. This study is based on more than 10 roof repair projects in Inner Mongolia, and collects a large number of practical technical data, which makes the research results more practical. And it can provide guidance for the roof maintenance of historic buildings in other areas of northern China, and has important practical significance.
