Abstract:Yijin Horo Banner County Prince Palace is the only intact Mongolian prince mansion in Ordos area,and it is an important architectural cultural heritage of Ordos. The architectural color painting of the county prince's Mansion is innovative and changeable,showing the diversity of the decorative art of ancient Chinese architecture. This paper is based on the field investigation of the architectural color painting of the county prince's palace in Yijin Horo Banner,analyzes its style and decorative art characteristics,and compares it with the official color painting and the Shanxi province color painting to explore its value and cultural connotation,which has important value and significance for the research on the architectural color painting culture of the Mongolian nobles' palaces in Inner Mongolia in the Qing Dynasty.
