前策划导向下的近代历史建筑保护与再利用研究 # ——以苏州建新巷 29 号吴宅为例

Research on the Conservation and Rehabilitation of Modern Historical Buildings Under the Orientation of Pre-planning ——A Case Study of Wu’s Residence in No.29 Jianxin Lane, Suzhou

摘要:

基于近代历史建筑保护与再利用的现实需求，本文针对前策划导向下的技术路径进行探讨：引入 CRS 策划体系和标准，结合苏州建新巷 29 号吴宅保护更新项目，从建立目标、调研分析、提出概念、确定需求和阐明问题五个步骤进行策划实证。以期推进与落实近代历史建筑保护与再利用操作方法与决策系统。

Abstract:

Based on the actual requirements of conservation and reuse of modern historical buildings, this paper discusses the technical path under the pre-planning orientation: introducing the CRS planning system and standard, and combining the conservation and rehabilitation design of Wu’s Residence in No. 29 Jianxin Lane, Suzhou, with the five steps of establishing objectives, researching and analyzing, proposing concepts, determining needs, and clarifying problems. In order to promote and implement the operation method and decision-making system for the conservation and rehabilitation of modern historical buildings.
