Abstract:Taking the cobblestone pave of the Royal Garden in Qing Dynasty as the research object, this paper discusses three methods of cobblestone pave. It analyzes the cobblestone pave practice and the calculation rules. And this paper discusses the relationship between the amount of lime, loess and cobblestone. Combing the aesthetic rules of cobblestone pave in the past dynasties, along with the Qing Dynasty archives, remains and site investigation, this paper analyzes and discusses the aesthetic purport of stone ground in royal gardens of Qing Dynasty.
