Research on Damage Mechanism, Repair and Protection of Gaojia Villa in Jiaxing

摘要:

本文以嘉兴高家洋房的修缮与环境整治工程为例，探讨文物建筑的修复保护与功能新生以及如何恢复文物建筑的真实性。研究由三部分组成：（1）在实地勘察基础上 , 针对文物建筑因不恰当的工艺保护措施造成的破坏确定修复原则和方向；（2）在遵从历史原真性与文保建筑修复规范的前提下，既针对文物建筑保护本体提出实操性强的修复方法，又注重文物建筑与周边环境的融合；（3）根据历史时期该文物建筑的功能演变特征，赋予其当代的新功能——作为嘉兴城市文化展示与传播的场所，为历史文保建筑的正确利用提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Taking the repair and environmental improvement project of Gaojia Villa as an example, this paper discusses how to realize the restoration and functional regeneration of cultural relics buildings. The study consists of three parts: (1) On the basis of field investigation, it is determined the repair principles and directions for the damage caused by inappropriate process protection measures to cultural relics. (2) On the premise of complying with the historical authenticity and the restoration specifications of cultural preservation buildings, it not only puts forward practical and feasible restoration methods for the protection of cultural relics buildings, but also pays attention to the integration of cultural relics buildings and the surrounding environment. (3)According to the functional evolution characteristics of the cultural relic building in the historical period, it is endowed with a new contemporary function -as a place for the display and dissemination of urban culture in Jiaxing, so as to provide reference for the correct utilization of historical cultural protection buildings.
