Research of ‘Xun’ and ‘Yin’

摘要:

中国传统建筑构件、构架、工具的名称及营造活动中使用的术语，经常表现出最初的营造特性。虽历代术语多有变迁，但存留至今之术语中仍可发掘其营造属性。本文以《梓人传》“向之梓人左持引，右执杖，而中处焉……，犹梓人而不知绳墨之曲直，规矩之方圆，寻引之短长”中的“寻”“引”二字为例，探讨中国古建筑构件及工具早期命名中所使用的度量衡词汇，总结了其所包含的建筑尺度原始信息，对于理解建筑营造术语、解读早期建筑尺度、分析建筑营造工具等均有重要作用。

Abstract:

The terms used in Chinese traditional architecture components, frameworks, building tools and construction illustrate their original building characteristics at the beginning of selection. Although there are many changes in terms in the past dynasties, we can still find the constructive nature of the original nomenclature. This paper takes the‘biography of craftsmen’as an example to demonstrate the image that craftsmen hold the guide on the left and the stick on the right. In this paper takes the words "Xun" and "Yin" in as an example to discuss the vocabulary of weights and measures used in the early naming of the components and tools of ancient Chinese architecture. It summarizes the original information of architectural scale, which plays an important role in understanding architectural terms, interpreting early architectural scale and analyzing architectural tools.
