The Renovation Technology of Sheathing Brick of Ancestral Temples at Huishan Creek in Wuxi

摘要:

香山帮建筑大量施用望砖，本文实录无锡惠山古镇惠山浜祠堂修缮工程中所施望砖修缮工艺，分为病害勘察、拆卸清淤、本体整修、望砖铺设四个阶段，详述各阶段材料、工匠、工序、工具、工艺操作要点等，与《营造法原》、《古建筑修建工程质量检验评定标准（南方地区）CJJ70-96》等文献比对并客观分析原因。以一例详尽的真实记录揭示复杂的真实现场与文本之间的差距，以期促进香山帮建筑望砖修缮工艺的研究与优化。

Abstract:

Sheathing brick is widely used in Xiangshan Gang construction. This paper records the renovation technology of sheathing brick applied in the ancestral temples at Huishan Creek renovation project. The renovation process of sheathing brick is divided into four stages: disease investigation, demolition and dredging, body repair, and brick laying. The materials, craftsman procedures, tools, and key points of process operations at each stage are introduced in detailed. The renovation technology is compared objectively with the literature such as Yingzao Fayuan, Judgement Standard for Examining Quality of Construction in Traditional Chinese Architecture (for Southern Area) CJJ70-96 and so on to draw conclusions. This paper takes a detailed real record as an example to reveal the gap between the complex real scene and the text, in order to promote the research and optimization of the renovation technology of sheathing brick for the Xiangshan Gang building.
