街巷空间更新的“尺度调适”研究

历史城市尤其是历史文化名城，在其肇基和演进发展的漫长过程中，有其营城规则和街巷空间的建造规则，积淀了历史文化并成就了城市的风貌形态特征。在当今城市存量提质的发展路径下，各城市在改造街巷空间的同时，保护、延续和凸显文化特征成为更新提质工作的重点，并制订了多个层面的更新导则，以协调街巷物质空间的整治更新工作。在老城的建造规则中，街巷空间不仅成就于物质界面，更与人群的生活行为紧密相关。人们生活行为构成了街巷空间建造规则中的尺度逻辑，且街巷空间的尺度对风貌特色的存续，有着至关重要的作用，由此挖掘建造规则中的尺度逻辑，宜为街巷空间更新提质实践的重点内容。

Abstract:

The famous historical and cultural cities have rules of camp and construction rules of streets and alleys, which have accumulated the history and culture and achieved the urban style and form. Under the development path of improving the quality of urban stock, cities focus of renovation and improving the quality. Cities have formulated multi-level renovating guidelines to coordinate the renovation and updating of the physical space of streets and alleys. The street space is not only achieved in the material interface, but also closely related to the living behavior of the people in old city. People's living behavior constitutes the scale logic in the construction rules of traditional space, meanwhile the dimension plays a vital role in the survival of style and features. Therefore, the dimension in the construction rules is important for updating and improving the quality about the traditional space.
