Inheritance and Innovation of the Techniques of "Xiangshan Bang" in the New Chinese-style Residential Areas

摘要:

在当代住区园林景观的创作中，以传统文化为源的新中式园林风格反映出国人对于现阶段居住理想模式的认同与追求。本研究以苏州桃花源项目为例，通过文献研究及图示分析，对“香山帮”非遗营造技术的传承应用和现代材料、技术的创新形式进行归纳，指出项目通过摹写古法布局、替代传统构造、凝练装饰意象等手法，充分满足工程营造及审美层面的各项建构要求，创作出高效、集约的新中式园林住区模式，也是将非遗传统技艺与现代商业开发有效结合的成功运作案例，期待为我国新中式园林景观的产业化推广提供案例借鉴和经验参考。

Abstract:

In the design of contemporary residential garden landscapes, the new Chinese garden style with traditional culture as the source reflects the Chinese people's recognition and pursuit of the ideal mode of living at this stage. Taking the Suzhou Taohuayuan Project as an example, through literature research and illustration analysis, this paper summarizes the inheritance and application of the "Xiangshan Bang" intangible cultural heritage construction technology and the innovative forms of modern materials and technologies, and points out that the project fully meets the construction requirements of engineering construction and aesthetic demand by imitating ancient layout, replacing traditional structure, condensing decorative imagery, etc., which creates an efficient and intensive new Chinese garden settlement model as a successful operation case of effectively combining intangible heritage traditional skills with modern commercial development. It is expected to provide case reference and experience reference for the industrialization and promotion of new Chinese garden landscape in China.
