Abstract:As an important material and intangible cultural heritage, the Guanmu arched corridor bridge and its construction techniques have rich and profound connotations. The roof plays an important role in shaping the shape of the perforated wood arched bridge, and the Ridge Decoration on the ridge which forms the outline of the bridge becomes a very prominent part of the roof decoration. Based on the context theory of linguistics, this paper analyzes the adaptability of the Ridge Decoration of Guanyu corridor bridge in Fujian Province from three aspects: entity context, space context and cultural context, in order to better understand this unique architectural type with prominent regional and provide reference for the research and protection of architectural decoration.
