Abstract:The garden attached to the Ti-Du-Xue-Zheng-Shu in Jinan in Qing Dynasty is a famous modern garden with eight views as its characteristics. Based on the various editions of Licheng county annals in Qing Dynasty, this paper explores the development process of the eight views of the Ti-Du-Xue-Zheng-Shu, clarifies the detailed contents of the eight views, and concludes the main development process from the eight chants of Ruan-yuan period to the Feng Xie period. It analyzes the development characteristics of the eight views of the Ti-Du-Xue-Zheng-Shu from the landscape space, landscape title and landscape artistic conception, and explores the underlying development causes: the interaction of scholars led by learning and politics; the Qilu style of learning with respect to Confucianism; the radiation driven by the eight sceneries of the city; and the construction wave of famous city gardens.In order to provide a reference for the research and restoration of modern urban gardens in Jinan.
