清代惠陵工程的施工组织与进度安排*

摘要:

建筑工程的施工组织与管理是中国古代建筑史学研究的重要内容之一。本文以清代晚期同治皇帝的惠陵为例，在对大量相关“样 式雷”工程图档进行整理和研究的基础上，详实展现其建设过程中施工组织、现场管理、进度管控等方面的制度与安排。这不仅是清代“样式雷”建筑图档整理和研究工作的重要成果，同时对于系统、生动地揭示中国古代建筑施工组织与管理的制度体系和具体措施都具有重要的意义。

Abstract:

Construction organization and management is an important part of Chinese ancient architecture History Research.This paper selects the Hui Tomb of Emperor Tongzhi late Qing Dynasty as an example, and tries to show the construction schedule and management in detail, based on the collection and study on a large number of related"Yangshi Lei" Engineering Drawing and Archives Qing Dynasty. It is not only an important achievement in the study and collation of "Yangshi Lei" architectural drawingand Archives, but also has important theoretical and academic value for the research on the construction organization and management system and specific measures in ancient China.
