传统村落价值评价指标体系探讨 ——以义乌传统村落为例综

摘要:

传统村落作为传统农业文明和农村文化载体的典型代表，面临着如何平衡其保护与发展的问题。对传统村落进行价值评价，寻找其核心价值所在，可以为针对性地探索传统村落保护发展路径奠定基础。但是当前并无通用的传统村落评价标准，因此文章以义乌市传统村落为重点研究对象，在综合分析地域性特征的前提下，突出特色评价因子，加强了逻辑合理性的论证，以期构建较为完善的传统村落价值标准，为义乌市的传统村落保护发展工作提供有益参考。

Abstract:

As a typical representative of traditional agricultural civilization and rural culture carrier, traditional villages are facing the problem of how to balance their protection and development. To evaluate the value of traditional villages and find the core value of traditional villages can lay the foundation for exploring the path of protection and development of traditional villages. However, there is no general evaluation standard for traditional villages at present, so this paper focuses on the traditional villages in Yiwu City. On the premise of comprehensive analysis of regional characteristics, it highlights the characteristic evaluation factors, strengthens the demonstration of logical rationality, in order to build a more complete value standard for traditional villages, and provide a useful reference for the protection and development of traditional villages in Yiwu City.
