由中国文物学会传统建筑园林研究会、北京市房地产管理局职工大学、《古建园林技术》编辑部三个单位联合举办的第一期中国古建筑工程技术专修班准时开学上课。除专业课程外，还组织学员参观考察。学员们学习认真刻苦，培训班取得了良好的效果。
