文物保护工作是相对于破坏而言的，要针对各种不同的破坏方式采取不同的方法制止其被破坏，才能达到保护的效果，这是文物保护工作的重要内容。文物破坏的原因很多，归纳起来不外是人为的破坏和自然的破坏两种。对于防止自然的破坏，主要的采取的手段是用一系列科学技术来加以解决。在本次亚太地区历史文物保护会议上，各国与会者对于具有普遍性的古建筑修缮原则和在修缮工作中的新材料与新技术的应用问题进行了讨论。

Abstract:

The protection of cultural relics is relative to the destruction. Only by taking different methods to prevent the destruction of different ways can the effect of protection be achieved, which is an important content of the protection of cultural relics. There are many reasons for the destruction of cultural relics, which can be summed up as man-made destruction and natural destruction. Prevent the nature destruction ，the main adopted is to use a series of science and technology to solve. In this asia-pacific historical and cultural heritage conservation conference, participants from various countries discussed the general principles of ancient building restoration and the application of new materials and technologies in the restoration work.
