Abstract:The Qingong Tower is located at the end of the central axis of the Bixia Palace, an ancient architectural complex in Fuqiu Mountain, Junxian County. The color patterns paintings on the inner eaves of the building are rich in content and exquisite in craftsmanship. They not only have official style paintings, but also combined with the style of Suzhou style painting. They are important object materials for the study of local color patterns paintings of ancient Wooden buildings in China and have high historical and artistic value. Due to years of disrepair, the original patterns painting has been all degummed, pigment layer loose and floating. In order to preserve the original color painting, the decision to utilize glue reinforcement and set up a protective layer to stabilize the color of the painting and other technical measures, to effectively retain the original appearance and integrity of the color patterns painting.
