Abstract:The South Sea god Temple is the largest and most completely preserved one of Four seas god temples. It is located on the north bank of the Zhu river, Guangzhou.? The temple was restored in 1984.? The establishment of its restoration plan follows the interim Regulations on the Protection and Management of Cultural Relics and the restoration principle of "restoring original state" in the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics. Based on analysis of the current situation of the site and the beam frame system that presumed the hall was built in the early Ming Dynasty, and the wooden frame of the hall is the combination of the post?and lintel construction in the north with column and tie construction in the south.
