摘要:

中国和扎伊尔是友好国家。1985年5月，中国专家正式接受邀请并进行了考察。同年八月，在进行实地考察之后，我们提出了建造园林的方案，拟定了总体规划、总平面布置和各组成部分的初步设计图。1985年北京市住宅建设总公司设计所和北京古建园林设计室共同完成了施工图的技术设计。1986年4月，北京市第五住宅建筑公司和北京市第二房屋修建工程公司联合施工，于1987年5月竣工。这是出现在非洲大陆上的第一座中国古建筑园林。整体设计综合考虑了园林规模和位置，总平面布置以及建筑形式和装修特色。园林的施工方面采用了国内和国外相结合的方法，从材料方面、技术工人方面解决了一些列问题。该项目建成后，受到了扎伊尔及其他国际友人的高度评价和赞扬，参观的人源源不断，都对中国古建筑艺术的水平赞叹不已。

Abstract:

China and Zaire are friendly countries. In May 1985, China was invited to Zaire for a field trip. In August of the same year, we put forward a plan for the garden for Zaire, and drew up the master plan, the general layout and the preliminary design of the various parts. In 1985, the design institute of Beijing Housing Construction Corporation and Beijing ancient garden design office completed the technical design of the construction drawing together. In April 1986, Beijing No.5 Housing Construction Company and Beijing No.2 Housing Construction Engineering Company jointly constructed the building and completed it in May 1987. This is the first ancient Chinese garden to appear on the African continent. The overall design comprehensively considers the scale and location of the garden, the general layout and architectural form and decoration characteristics. The construction of the project adopts a combination of domestic and foreign technology to solve a series of problems in materials. Since its completion, the project has been highly appraised and praised by Zairian and other international friends.
