摘要:

钓鱼台贵宾楼坐落在钓鱼台国宾馆的中湖湖畔，1959年建，为国家十大工程之一。原建筑为黄墙红瓦西式建筑，由于建筑的使用功能、装修、设备、造型等方面不能适应今天接待国宾的要求，于1984年提出改建，1985年设计、1986年改建完成。成为我国外事活动的重要场所。贵宾楼用地面积为16750平方米，建筑面积7500平方米，二层砖混结构，设有总统套间、随员客房共35间，及迎宾厅、候宾厅、会客厅、谈判厅、四季厅、大小餐厅及生活服务设施等。在建筑造型上摹仿我国清式建筑风格，与馆内园林相协调，格调富丽堂皇，设备现代化。主体结构保留了原砖混结构体系，主要房间的承重墙用钢筋网抹水泥砂浆面层加固及加强构件连接等措施，以增强其抗震性能；扩建的北大门、迎宾厅、会客厅、大餐厅、总统套间等均采用钢筋混凝土梁柱结构。大屋顶及庭院的廊、亭采用木结构。重新安装采暖、空调、上下水、卫生洁具、热水、煤气、照明、电视、通讯、消防警示等设施。室内装饰按照各厅的功能，对墙面、地面、天花（顶棚）进行现代化的装饰，突出富丽堂皇、高雅华贵，显示迎宾馆的特色。庭院绿化，白墙灰瓦、花瓦透窗、游廊小亭、堆叠山石、人工瀑布、流水小溪及翠竹花木等，使庭院绿化与建筑相辉映。改建方案的宗旨是以现代技术、材料、设备为基础，满足贵宾的使用要求和精神生活的需要，造就一个优美的建筑空间，塑造中国古典建筑的形象，为贵宾创造高贵、舒适的活动和生活环境。

Due to the use function, decoration, equipment and modeling of the building do not meet the requirements of receiving state guests at the present stage, it was proposed to Reconstruction in 1984, designed in 1985 and completed in 1986. Become an important place for foreign affairs activities in China. The VIP building covers an area of 16,750 square meters, with a construction area of 7,500 square meters. It has a two-story brick and concrete structure, with a total of 35 presidential suites and accompanying guest rooms, as well as welcoming hall, waiting hall, meeting room, negotiation hall, four seasons hall, large and small restaurants and life services and other facilities. In the architectural modeling to imitate China's Qing architectural style, in harmony with the garden, The style is elegant and magnificent, the building own modern equipment.The main structure of the building retains the original brick-concrete structure system, and the load-bearing wall of the main room is reinforced with cement mortar surface layer and strengthened with connection of components to enhance its seismic performance. The north gate, welcome hall, reception room, dining room and presidential suite are all reinforced concrete beam column structures. The roof and the porch and pavilion in the courtyard adopt a wooden structure. Reinstall heating, air conditioning, water and water supply, sanitary ware, hot water, gas, lighting, TV, communication, fire warning and other facilities. Interior decoration according to the function of each hall, the wall, ground, ceiling for modern decoration, highlighting the magnificence style. White walls and gray tiles, verandah pavilions, stacked rocks, artificial waterfalls, streams and plants make the courtyard harmonious with the building. The purpose of the reconstruction is based on modern technology, to meet the use requirements for spiritual life needs of guests and shape the image of Chinese classical architecture.
