    摘要:

    环氧树脂粘接剂,在抗压,抗拉、抗剪等性能方面都超过传统粘接材料。为了得到环氧树脂在自然气候下老化的科学数据,将五台县佛光寺和介休县后土庙设为观测点。分别经过10年和5年的观测。观测构件均没有发现环氧树脂龟裂、松脆等老化现象,粘接处也没出现碱化和分离现象。这说明环氧树脂粘接剂,在抗压,抗拉、抗剪等性能方面都超过传统粘接材料。

    Abstract:

    Epoxy resin adhesives surpass traditional adhesive materials in terms of compression resistance, tensile resistance, shear resistance and other properties. In order to obtain the scientific data of epoxy resin aging under natural climate, Foguang Temple in Wutai County and Houtu Temple in Jiexiu County were set as observation points. After 10 and 5 years of observation, respectively. The observation components did not find aging phenomena such as cracking and brittleness of epoxy resin, and there was no alkalinization and separation at the bonding site. This shows that epoxy resin adhesives exceed traditional adhesive materials in terms of compression resistance, tensile resistance, shear resistance and other properties.
