Replacement of Stone Bases of Danbo Jingcheng Dian (Hall of Tranquility and Respect) at Chengde Mountain Resort

澹泊敬诚殿是承德避暑山庄宫殿区内主要大殿，初建于清朝康熙年间，乾隆十九年（公元1754年）翻修改用楠木，俗称楠木殿。由于年久失修及人为破坏，楠木殿台基残坏严重，1986年整修台基。整修采取不落架的施工方法更换了40件柱顶石，并重铺了全部大理石地面。本文重点介绍更换柱顶石的全部施工方法。

Abstract:

DanboJingcheng Hall is the main hall in Chengde Summer Resort palace area. It was originally built during the Reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty and renovated in the 19th Year of the Qianlong Reign (1754 AD) with nanmu wood, commonly known as nanmu wood Hall. Due to years of disrepair, nanmu wood hall pedestal damage, so in 1986 decided to renovate the pedestal. In the renovation, 40 pieces of capital stone were replaced by the way of none disassemble repair. This paper mainly introduces the whole construction method of replacing the capital stone.
