明善堂

明善堂，在江苏省吴县东山上湾村，是一座具有高度建筑艺术的民间住宅。该堂何时始建，无资料可查。通过对该堂的建筑结构、砖雕、石刻、彩绘等艺术特点与同类型的厅堂比较，以此相互印证，断定其应属明代后期建筑。

Abstract:

Mingshan Hall, located in Shangwan Village, Wuxian County, Jiangsu Province, is a folk residence with a strong sense of architectural art. The construction time of this building has no data to check, but through the architectural structure, brick carving, stone carving, color patterns and other aspects of the same type of hall comparison, verification, inferred that it should be the late Ming dynasty building.
