云居寺初名智泉寺，以寺前有泉徐徐流过而得名。曾悬挂康熙皇帝御笔“西域云居禅林”匾额。因寺内藏有一万四千多块石刻经板，故又称石经寺，为京师著名佛教圣地，有小西天之名。

Abstract:

Yunju Temple was originally named Zhiquan Temple because of the spring flowing in front of the temple. There are more than fourteen thousand stone buddhist scriptures tablets in the temple, so it is also called the Stone buddhist scriptures temple. Yunju Temple is the famous ancient temple of Beijing, which is the Holy land of Buddhism, also known as the Minor Western Paradise.
