唐宋时期，斗栱昂在建筑中的各种作用，已经得到了充分发展。这一时期木构建筑的特征都以其雄奇硕大的斗栱昂部分给人留下了极为深刻的印象。故此，研究这一时期木构建筑中的铺作，尤其是外檐铺作；重点研究铺作中各部件；铺作的基本作用；足材高与铺作高的相关关系；对于认识中国古代建筑中斗栱昂体系发生、发展的基本特点有着重要的意义。

Abstract:

In Tang and Song dynasties, all kinds of functions of Dougong（bracket?set）and Ang（lever） in architecture have been fully developed. The wooden structure architecture of this period leaves a deep impression on people with its magnificent and huge Dougong and Ang. It is of great significance to study the laying of wooden structure architecture in this period for understanding the generation and development of Dougong and Ang system in traditional Chinese architecture.
