Record of Oil Operation in the renovation Construction of Mani Hall

摘要:

摩尼殿修缮施工中，古建油饰工程分为三道工序：清理底层，斩砍见木，去掉残存的旧地仗；地仗处理，做木材面与油饰面之间的砖灰垫层，摩尼殿采用的是一麻五灰做法；表面油饰。本文记录了修缮施工中油活操作全过程及材料配合比。

Abstract:

In the repair and construction of mani hall, the traditional construction oil decoration project is divided into three procedures: first step, cleaning the base level, cutting the Wooden base, removing the remaining old plaster. The second step is to re-make the plaster between the wood surface and the oil surface. Mani hall uses a layer of hemp thread and five layers of plaster. and the final step is oil paint over the surface. This paper records the whole process of oil operation and material proportion in repair and construction.
