偶然发现一张1931年的《申报图画周刊》，报导了中国营造学会与北京图书馆联合举办的“圆明园文献遗物展览”。展出仅两天，参观者数千人，可见中国人民对圆明园感情之深。

Abstract:

In 1931, the Chinese newspaper Shenpao weekly reported the Exhibition of Documents and relics of the Old Summer Palace jointly held by the Society for the Study of Chinese Architecture and Beijing Library. The exhibition, which was only on display for two days, attracted thousands of visitors, demonstrating the deep affection of the Chinese people for the Old Summer Palace.
