Abstract:The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics was formally implemented in November 1982, providing legal support for the protection of cultural relics. Beijing announced 78 key cultural relics protection units, which are divided into revolutionary sites and revolutionary buildings, ancient buildings and historical memorial buildings, stone carvings and other, ancient sites and ancient tombs. The Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that the maintenance of ancient buildings must abide by the principle of not changing the original state of cultural relics, laying a correct and solid foundation for the future protection of cultural relics.
